School Wellness Assessment
Welcome to the School Helpline.
There is a lot going on in the world right now and it can be overwhelming for everyone. Your family may be struggling with putting meals on the table, assisting with homework or coping with emotions during this challenging time.
Your school believes in a proactive approach and has contracted with Well-being Safety Assessments (WSA) to assist you during this difficult time. WSA provides crisis workers to answer the phone 24 hours per day/7 days a week and can help direct you to the right person to save you time and energy. We are dedicated to helping schools across the United States.
I can call, text, message or email anytime I have a problem. My school is even there in the summer to help me.
Step 1: Have a problem and want to report it.
Step 2: Call, Text, Message or Email The School Helpline.
Step 3: A Crisis Worker will answer and help you.
The Crisis Worker may ask you questions about who you are and how you have access to this information. They may ask for your name or phone number just in case someone needs to call you back. If you want to be anonymous that is okay! Remember to report truthful information only. False reporting is considered harassment and this is a crime.
Step 4: Give the Crisis Worker all the information you know so they can help you in the best way.
Step 5: WSA Crisis Worker can forward your information to your school's designated official for a call back and/or provide you with national, state and local information to assist with food shortages, school-related issues, homework helpers, depression, drug/alcohol abuse and so much more.
YEP, it is that simple! Call Us Today.
